With over two decades of experience in the retail industry, including 17 years at Pacsun, Olson has proven her ability to drive innovation and growth within the company. As President since 2021, she has been instrumental in introducing Pacsun’s first gender-neutral collection, Colour Theory, and leading the company’s entry into the kids’ category with Pacsun Kids. Olson’s leadership has also extended to the company’s AI and metaverse initiatives, including activations on Roblox.
Olson’s strong relationships with designers and other Pacsun partners, combined with her keen sense of style, are expected to be significant assets for the company as she steps into her new leadership role. In addition to Olson’s appointment, Russell Bowers will be appointed Chief Operating Officer while continuing to serve as Pacsun’s Chief Financial Officer.
