Notably, the functions of the Kering Deputy CEO will be eliminated, streamlining the decision-making process and enhancing operational clarity at the group level.

This new structure is intended to encourage agility across Kering’s portfolio while maximizing the strengths of its leading brands.

Bellettini’s Luxury Industry Track Record

Francesca Bellettini has built a remarkable career in the luxury sector. She joined Kering in 2003 as Strategic Planning Director and Associate Worldwide Merchandising Director of Gucci. In 2008, she transitioned to Bottega Veneta, ascending to Worldwide Merchandising and Communications Director in 2010.

She later led Saint Laurent as President and CEO from 2013, earning a reputation for revitalizing the brand’s business and creative image. In September 2023, she became Kering Deputy CEO in charge of Brand Development.

Before Kering, Bellettini worked as an investment banker in London, played a key role in business planning at the Prada Group, and served as Operations Manager at Helmut Lang. Her breadth of experience uniquely positions her to guide Gucci as it seeks to redefine modern luxury.
