Columbia Reveals 250-Star USA Curling Uniforms and First-Ever Fan Collection

Blending Olympic-ready performance with fan-first access, Columbia Sportswear is suiting up Team USA Curling for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Italy and, for the first time, giving fans the chance to wear replica versions of the same looks.

Columbia returns as USA Curling uniform sponsor

Columbia Sportswear is back as the official uniform sponsor for the USA Curling National Team for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, outfitting athletes and coaches across the Men’s, Women’s, Mixed Doubles, and Wheelchair National Teams. The collection blends high-performance design with patriotic storytelling, reflecting the brand’s long-standing focus on innovative outdoor gear.

USA athletes will compete in uniforms created in close collaboration between Columbia and USA Curling, with both sides focused on helping teams perform on the sport’s biggest stage in Italy.

Stars, heritage, and a 250-year milestone

The dark competition jersey is built around a bold star motif, featuring eight cascading stars in red, white, and blue that represent the curling stones used in play. In a nod to national history, every jersey carries at least 250 stars, a design detail that celebrates the upcoming 250th anniversary of America’s independence.

This mix of performance kit and symbolic graphics aims to connect today’s curlers with U.S. heritage and landscapes while still looking modern on the ice.

Omni-Heat Infinity powers village wear

Beyond jerseys, pants and hats, Columbia is also supplying village wear, including USA-branded parkas for athletes and staff. These parkas are insulated with Columbia’s Omni-Heat™ Infinity, described as the brand’s warmest technology, and here it is reimagined in a patriotic gold star pattern to mark the historic games.

The use of Omni-Heat™ Infinity is designed to keep curlers warm and comfortable off the ice, reinforcing Columbia’s reputation for technical outerwear built for harsh winter conditions.

Leadership on performance and partnership

Joe Boyle, President of Columbia Sportswear, said, “Outfitting the United States Curling Team for the Olympic stage is an incredible honor and our teams have worked closely with USA Curling over the past several years to help propel them to the podium in Italy…The uniforms are a testament to our commitment to these ambassadors – and we’re proud to support these athletes as they compete at the highest level.”

Dean Gemmell,  of USA Curling, said, “Preparing for the Winter Games demands more than just talent; it requires gear that performs under pressure…Columbia’s technical expertise and athlete-first approach make them trusted partners as we head to Italy with confidence.”
