Emporio Armani Opens First Berlin Flagship with an Immersive Armani/Manzoni Concept

Emporio Armani has opened its first flagship store in Berlin, Germany, unveiling a refined, two level space on Kurfürstendamm 29 that debuts the brand’s Armani/Manzoni retail concept in the city. Defined by clean lines, curated materials, and immersive digital elements, the new boutique is designed as a place where architecture and product move in harmony, mirroring Emporio Armani’s contemporary urban spirit.

A New Flagship on Kurfürstendamm

The Emporio Armani Berlin flagship sits at Kurfürstendamm 29, 10719 Berlin, one of the city’s most prestigious luxury shopping streets. Spread across two floors, the boutique brings together women’s and men’s ready to wear, accessories, shoes, watches and eyewear, presenting the latest runway collections in a cohesive, gallery like setting.

The opening marks a strategic moment for the brand in Germany, strengthening its footprint in a key European capital known for its creative energy and international clientele.

Store Design and Material Story

Materials play a key role in the new boutique’s atmosphere. Floors are finished in black granite, while walls in silver toned marmorino plaster seamlessly match the ceilings, creating a soft, luminous shell around the collections. Tables in teak with black glass tops introduce warmth and contrast, while bamboo details in mirror effect steel, treated with a satin texture to mimic natural ribbing, add an organic note to the otherwise sleek space.

In the accessories area, transparent shelving makes handbags, shoes, and small leather goods appear to float, emphasizing lightness and precision. Together, these choices create what the brand describes as a shiny, modern bamboo jungle, a quiet yet theatrical frame for Giorgio Armani’s understated luxury.

Armani/Manzoni Concept Comes to Berlin

The space is shaped by the Armani/Manzoni concept, inspired by the look and feel of the Armani flagship on Via Manzoni 31 in Milan. Inside, guests find a minimalist palette of neutral tones, metal details, glass, and sophisticated lighting that creates an intimate yet urban atmosphere, allowing the collections’ sharp tailoring, fluid silhouettes, and graphic prints to stand out.

Digital screens and immersive visual content echo the brand’s campaigns and city centric storytelling, reinforcing Emporio Armani’s connection to contemporary culture and metropolitan life.

Celebrating Contemporary Urban Style

To celebrate the opening, Emporio Armani hosted an exclusive event in Berlin, turning the flagship into a live showcase of its EA City Frames spirit with music, installations, and guests from the fashion, art, and creative communities. The brand describes the boutique as a place where its modern, metropolitan identity comes to life, from precision suiting and outerwear to casual pieces and accessories designed for 24/7 city dressing.

By anchoring the Armani/Manzoni concept on Kurfürstendamm, Emporio Armani is signaling its long term commitment to the Berlin market and its broader global evolution toward more immersive, design driven flagships.
