LANEIGE has launched a 2026 philanthropic partnership in the U.S. with Step Up, a national mentorship nonprofit focused on career growth for teens and young women. The company said the yearlong program will center on mentorship and professional development, reflecting its effort to build confidence, leadership, and career access for the next generation of women.
A Brand Partnership With a Career Focus
The program is tied to LANEIGE’s “Open to Wonder” philosophy, which the brand says extends beyond skincare innovation to creating greater access and opportunity for young women. On its official site, LANEIGE describes “Open to Wonder” as a brand mindset rooted in curiosity and science.
Allison Pollack, Vice President of Marketing at LANEIGE US, said, “At LANEIGE, empowering confidence through beauty is at the heart of our purpose.” She added, “Our partnership with Step Up reflects that commitment by creating meaningful mentorship opportunities for young women as they explore and shape their career paths.”
She also said, “Throughout the year, our teams will engage in hands-on mentoring experiences where we share real-world insights, skill-building guidance, and personal career journeys.” She added, “By creating direct access to industry leaders and learning opportunities, we’re proud to support young women with the networks and confidence they need to take the next steps in their journey.”
The Students Selected for the Program
A cohort of teens from The Young Women’s Leadership School of Astoria has been selected through Step Up’s application process, which was developed in collaboration with LANEIGE. The school is a New York City public school in Queens, according to the NYC schools directory.
Throughout the year, the mentees will take part in LANEIGE-led workshops, mentorship sessions, and community experiences designed to help them explore career paths, deepen leadership skills, and gain real-world exposure across industries, including the beauty industry. The program is intended to help participants build a stronger professional foundation as they plan their next steps.
Step Up Brings the National Network
Step Up said it supports high school girls and young women, including those who identify with womanhood, ages 18 to 29, through structured mentorship and career readiness programs. On its official site, the nonprofit says it provides free mentorship programs in person, online, and on demand.
Delores Druilhet Morton, CEO of Step Up, said, “Step Up is excited to partner with LANEIGE, whose generous investment of both funding and time strengthens our mentorship programs that empower girls on their path to success.” She added, “Mentorship is a powerful accelerator of career advancement, and LANEIGE’s commitment ensures that even more teens and young adults can access Step Up’s free programs.”
She also said, “Through our partnership, many will also benefit from the opportunity to be mentored directly by LANEIGE team members, opening doors to brighter futures in beauty and beyond.”
More Than a One-Off Campaign
As part of the partnership, LANEIGE said it will make a donation to support Step Up’s expansion of its national mentorship programming and serve as a sponsor of the organization’s Inspiration Awards in Chicago and Los Angeles. The company also said it is exploring added collaboration through volunteer engagement, national events, and future initiatives that expand access to career development for young women across the country.
For beauty retail watchers, the partnership shows how brands are using social impact programs to build relevance beyond product marketing. In LANEIGE’s case, the effort ties its brand message to mentorship, access, and long-term opportunity in the US market.
