Frankies Bikinis is taking retail to the next level with Centric Software’s PLM platform, boosting launch speed and nearly eliminating production errors.
Known for its bold swimwear and buzzy collaborations, Frankies Bikinis revamped design and development by switching from spreadsheets to Centric PLM. Product launches accelerated, collections expanded, and production errors dropped dramatically.

Smarter Collections, Seamless Collaboration
With Centric PLM, apparel now makes up more than half of Frankies’ styles, and swim SKUs have grown 15% seasonally. Production errors have dropped to nearly zero and product development roles have been consolidated to support faster collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
Both internal and external teams collaborate more smoothly, making innovation faster and error-free. High-profile collaborations, from Bella Hadid capsules to Victoria’s Secret PINK, are managed with ease.
“We move fast, we change things constantly and Centric PLM gives us the flexibility to grow without losing track of anything,” Andy explained. “Every style is different and Centric PLM lets us build out the nuance while staying aligned.”
Founded in Malibu in 2012, Frankies Bikinis plans to open six new retail stores this year, building on its playful, bold vision for swimwear and apparel.
