Princess Polly is accelerating its brick-and-mortar growth, announcing fully executed leases for eight new U.S. store locations set to open in 2026 and 2027. The expansion marks the Australian-born brand’s first physical presence in both Texas and Minnesota, deepening its reach beyond its existing coastal strongholds.

Four locations are slated to open in the second half of 2026: The Galleria in Houston, Stonebriar Centre in Frisco, Mall at Millenia in Orlando, and Southdale Center in Edina, Minnesota. Four additional stores will follow in early 2027, landing at St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Mall at Green Hills in Nashville, Town Center Boca Raton in Boca Raton, and SouthPark Mall in Charlotte. Each opening will be marked with customer events featuring prizes, giveaways, and exclusive special offers designed to drive community engagement at launch.

The announcement is a clear signal that Princess Polly’s retail strategy is gaining serious momentum. The brand opened its first U.S. store in Los Angeles, and its parent company, a.k.a. Brands Holding Corp. (NYSE: AKA), reports that early store performance has exceeded expectations. “Since opening our first store in Los Angeles, the response to Princess Polly’s retail expansion has exceeded expectations,” said co-CEO Eirin Bryett. “We’re focused on staying deeply connected to our customers as we continue to grow”.

The U.S. expansion is part of a broader global growth push. Princess Polly also debuted its first-ever Australian retail location at Bondi Beach last year, with additional locations in Australia already planned for 2026. With eight new U.S. leases executed and both domestic and international markets in play, the brand is positioning itself as a formidable force in the specialty retail space, targeting Gen Z consumers.
