Fashion Assembly Launches 16,000 sqft space for Minority beauty and fashion brands

Fashion Assembly recently closed a deal to lease a 16,000-square-foot building in the heart of the Los Angeles Arts District with the help of Corina Irvin, Principal and Broker at Peninsula Commercial Real Estate Group. Fashion Assembly is a premier co-working and co-warehousing facility that provides beauty and fashion brands owned by people of color with a unique combination of flexible office space, community involvement, and logistics support (BIPOC), will be relocated to 2028 Bay Street, Unit B in Los Angeles.

The Founders of Fashion Assembly, Brian Pearson, a Franchise Development Broker, and Anje Collins, a former celebrity entertainment publicist, collaborated to launch Coco Blue Shoes, a successful shoe brand in Los Angeles, during the pandemic.
