The brand is recognized for blending Positive Psychology with artisanal perfumery, creating sensory rituals that encourage presence and self-discovery.
The Brand’s Philosophy
Free Yourself was founded to turn fragrance into a tool for flourishing. Co-founder Jeff Miller’s academic background at UPenn and the influence of Dr. Martin Seligman’s work in Positive Psychology shape the brand’s mission. Each scent is crafted to nurture the soul and foster growth, inviting users to reconnect with themselves.
The Elements Collection
Crafted in Grasse, France, the signature scents—Air, Eau, Feu, and Terre—draw on the primal forces of nature. Every box includes a Wordblock, a 300-word reflection intended to spark insight and renewal.
