Join us for a class on how to avoid abusing and losing your own brand name. One of the main reasons we form an LLC or corporation is for liability protection. After you secure that protection, you have to maintain that protection. Imagine getting in legal trouble thinking your LLC will protect you when.. it doesn’t. Now those expenses are coming out of pocket. In this workshop we’ll discuss the day to day mistakes of business owners that can cause them to lose their entity protection.

More about Liku, Liku T. Madoshi, Esq. is the founder of Anasa Law Firm. As an entrepreneur and an attorney, Liku understands the stress that comes with not knowing the legal parameters of doing business and the benefit of having an attorney as a guide in business strategy; not just to put out the occasional fire.

Liku helps business owners and entrepreneurs scale their businesses and protect their brands through legal business counseling, trademarks, contract drafting and entity formation.

On top of being an attorney, she has her own entrepreneurial endeavors, has published three academic articles pertaining to racial injustice of Black people, and speaks on topics related to entrepreneurship, mental health, Black women in corporate America and racial injustice.
