A new wave of class action lawsuits is questioning the truth behind “Made in USA” claims, as consumers allege that several popular brands have misled shoppers about the domestic origins of their products.

Consumers have filed lawsuits in federal courts against Mielle Organics, Paul Mitchell, Goya Foods, PepsiCo, Unilever, the Pepsi Lipton Tea Partnership, McCormick & Co., and Reynolds Wrap.
