Lululemon is marking a new phase of growth in EMEA with the opening of its expanded UK Store Support Centre (SSC) in London, giving space for around 300 employees to work onsite in a more flexible, community driven environment. The move reinforces the brand’s investment in the region’s future and its focus on workplace wellbeing and collaboration.
Expanded UK SSC for a growing EMEA team
The expanded UK SSC serves as lululemon’s EMEA head office, supporting retail, digital and partner operations across the region. According to the company’s LinkedIn announcement, the new phase of the London hub was officially celebrated in early May 2026, underlining “continued momentum in EMEA” as the brand scales its footprint and teams.
The office now accommodates around 300 employees onsite, creating room for current teams and future growth across functions from merchandising and marketing to operations and community. It builds on the company’s broader international expansion strategy, which Sarah Clark has been leading since joining as Senior Vice President, EMEA in 2022.
A space designed for flexibility and wellbeing
In its post, lululemon highlights that the expanded SSC was “thoughtfully designed to bring folks together” while supporting flexible ways of working. The environment incorporates a mix of collaborative areas, focus zones and spaces dedicated to connection, reflecting the brand’s emphasis on both productivity and people centred design.
This aligns with lululemon’s longstanding focus on wellbeing and “holistic” support for employees, extending the brand’s lifestyle ethos into how and where its teams work. The SSC’s layout and amenities are intended to enable cross functional teamwork while still accommodating individual work styles.
Sarah Clark on a regional milestone
As teams moved into the expanded space, Sarah Clark, Senior Vice President, EMEA, framed the moment as a symbol of how far the region has come and where it is heading next. In her words, “this moment is about more than new desks or rooms it’s a celebration of how far we’ve come as a region and where we’re heading next,” positioning the SSC expansion as a cultural and strategic milestone, not just a real estate update.
Clark, who is based in London and oversees brand and business growth across retail, digital and partner channels in EMEA, has previously described the region as diverse and high potential, requiring localized strategies supported by strong central capabilities. The enlarged SSC gives her team a more robust platform to deliver on those ambitions.
Hiring and careers in EMEA
Alongside the expansion news, lululemon is actively encouraging candidates to “apply today” and be part of the next EMEA chapter. The LinkedIn post links directly to the company’s careers site, where roles in the UK and across EMEA span corporate, retail and distribution centre positions.
With the SSC’s new capacity and an emphasis on cross functional collaboration, the brand is positioning the London hub as a key destination for talent who want to shape lululemon’s growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It underlines that building the right environment for employees is central to sustaining momentum in the region.
