adidas Reports Record €7.25 Billion Q3 Revenue and Raises 2026 Profit Outlook

Net income from continuing operations reached €711 million, up 48%. Direct-to-consumer sales grew 17% on a currency-neutral basis, with increases across all markets. Apparel revenue rose 19%; footwear revenue was flat, although footwear sales through the company’s direct channels increased 6%.

Performance products grew 14%, including growth in football, running and training. “A great quarter for adidas.” Bjørn Gulden, Chief Executive Officer of adidas, said this in the results release.

The company said elevated inventories and promotional activity in parts of the market, particularly lifestyle footwear and Europe, led it to prioritize full-price sales. It raised its 2026 operating profit outlook to approximately €2.5 billion from €2.3 billion and expects currency-neutral revenue growth of 9% to 10%.
