Arc’teryx Opens a New Whistler Store With Service at Its Core

The official store listing identifies pickup, community events and ReBIRD repair and trade-in services alongside the product assortment. That service mix gives the location a role beyond a conventional sales floor: customers can use it before, during and after outdoor activity.

Sahar Poloiyan, an Arc’teryx visual merchandising lead, shared views of the store’s wall bays, mannequins and floor presentation. The images show how the company is using its physical environment to organize technical product stories for visitors rather than relying on signage alone.
