Alexander McQueen Puts London at the Center of Its Spring/Summer 2027 Show

Alexander McQueen presented its Spring/Summer 2027 show in London, framing the collection around the city that has shaped the house’s identity. The official show credits identify Seán McGirr as Creative Director and SJ Todd as Art Director.

The presentation’s creative team included photographer InDigital, stylist Camille Bidault Waddington, casting director Julia Lange, hair stylist Anthony Turner, makeup artist Daniel Sallstrom and nail artist Ama Quashie. Tom Scutt led concept and production design.

Rather than presenting the season as an abstract set of looks, McQueen is tying the work to the city’s energy, history and creative infrastructure—the same ecosystem that supports the house’s studios, suppliers, talent and audience.

The production credits also show how many specialist disciplines shape a contemporary runway presentation. Casting, movement, lighting, beauty and production design work alongside the clothes to create a complete brand environment that can be experienced in the room and redistributed through images and video…
