Nordstrom Rack, the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., is set to open a new location in Overland Park, Kansas. The store will be situated in the Overland Crossing development near 119th Street and Metcalf Avenue and is scheduled to open in fall 2023. This addition marks the second Nordstrom Rack store in Kansas, with the other location found at West 95th Street and Quivira Road near Oak Park Mall.
Overland Crossing, owned and managed by Legacy Development, is a popular shopping center that houses other tenants such as Whole Foods Market. Dave Claflin, Vice-President of Development for Legacy, expressed excitement about the new Nordstrom Rack store, stating that off-price retail is a red-hot segment and Nordstrom Rack is a best-in-class retailer.

The new 27,000 square-foot store will offer customers up to 70 percent off on-trend apparel, accessories, beauty, home, and shoes from many top brands sold at Nordstrom stores.
