Olive Young Opens Gyeongju Silla Store With Tea and Beauty Experience Areas

The company describes it as its largest store in Gyeongju. The exterior uses a traditional Korean hanok design, while the interior incorporates motifs inspired by Silla-era artefacts and clay figurines. The store includes benches, terrace seating, a tea aroma area and a guestbook where visitors can write down their worries.

A Gua Sha Island offers tools to try, alongside areas intended for rest. Three self-service beauty tools are available: Skin Scan for facial skin, Scalp Scan for scalp condition and Color Fit for personal colour preferences, according to the company’s opening announcement.

The first-floor merchandise area sells local souvenirs, including keychains and magnets inspired by Seokguram Grotto and Cheomseongdae Observatory. Olive Young previously opened its hanok-inspired Gyeongju Hwangnam store in the Hwangnidan-gil area in 2024.
