Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom, Inc. plans to open two new Nordstrom Rack locations in Exton and Media in the fall of 2026. Each store will span about 30,000 square feet, adding new off-price fashion, beauty, and home assortments to key suburban hubs in Chester County and Delaware County.

The center is owned and managed by Wolfson Group, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based retail real estate firm with a portfolio of about 4.5 million square feet of commercial space.
