Inside Kering’s Women In Motion 2026 Where Julianne Moore and Peers Reflect on Power, Craft and Change in Cinema

Women In Motion, the program created by Kering and the Festival de Cannes, is marking its 11th consecutive year championing women in cinema at Cannes 2026, with a new series of in depth talks featuring Julianne Moore, Hannah Einbinder, Jordana Brewster, Géraldine Nakache and Rami Malek in conversation with Ira Sachs. The full Women In Motion Talks 2026 are now available to watch online as part of Kering’s ongoing effort to spotlight women’s voices and interrogate how the industry can evolve.

Women In Motion at Cannes 2026 Launched in 2015 by Kering, in partnership with the Festival de Cannes, Women In Motion was created to highlight women’s contributions to cinema and to challenge the structural inequalities that have long shaped the industry.

Over the last decade, it has grown into a central fixture on the Croisette, combining: Women In Motion Awards, which honour established figures and emerging talent. Talks and podcasts, where invited guests reflect on representation, power, creativity and change.

In 2026, the program celebrates 10 years of commitment while continuing its presence at Cannes for the 11th festival edition in a row, underscoring how deeply it has become woven into the event’s cultural agenda.
