About this role
As Boutique Manager, you will lead and develop the boutique team, oversee daily operations, manage performance and P&L, and ensure the highest standards of client experience, merchandising and brand representation. You will partner with regional leadership on strategy, talent development and clienteling initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years luxury retail management experience. Proven team leadership and P&L ownership. Deep understanding of the luxury client journey. Bilingual French/English a plus.
