Adidas Engages 12,530 Employees Across 49 Countries Through Its World Cup Prediction Game

Adidas used the 2026 FIFA World Cup to bring employees together through 3-Stripes Forecaster, a custom match-prediction experience. The company says 12,530 colleagues in 49 countries submitted 793,855 predictions across the tournament, turning the football calendar into a shared internal activity.

Adidas described discussions about results, changing leaderboard positions and friendly rivalries becoming part of everyday workplace conversations. An employee experience built around the brand The winner experience extended beyond the final whistle.

Simon Lendner of the Global Brands team, who topped the leaderboard at the company’s global headquarters, visited the World of Sports with a chosen teammate for a behind-the-scenes program. The visit included the archive, Adi Dassler’s original workbench, the Innovation Lab and a private shopping experience.
