Aritzia Comes Home Vancouver Retailer Returns to its first ever Oakridge Park Location

Back where Aritzia began The new Oakridge Park boutique sits within the fully reimagined retail district on Vancouver’s West Side, on the same grounds where Aritzia opened its very first store in Oakridge Centre in 1984.

That original location helped define the brand’s “everyday luxury” positioning and acted as a launchpad for its expansion across Canada and into the U.S. decades later.

Oakridge closed several years ago for a large scale, multi billion dollar redevelopment and has now reopened as Oakridge Park, a mixed use cultural and retail hub. Aritzia’s decision to return as part of the new line up cements the centre’s importance to the brand’s origin story and its ongoing commitment to its hometown market.
