David Konckier’s BEHN Completes Marionnaud Acquisition

Konckier is Bogart’s majority shareholder, but the acquisition was made in his personal capacity through BEHN. The announcement did not disclose a purchase price.

A 687-Store Beauty Business The completion announcement puts Marionnaud’s footprint at 687 stores across eight countries, with approximately 4,200 employees and around €650 million in revenue. The revenue figure describes the retailer’s business, not the value of the transaction.

Konckier intends to grow Marionnaud’s revenue while retaining its name and identity. The stated strategy includes closer cooperation between the businesses he manages, particularly Bogart’s retail operations. Bogart says wider distribution of its brands could support its own growth.
