How ACIERTA Adapted & Other Stories’ Autumn Windows Across Five European Cities

The challenge centred on a tree and bus-stop structure designed to have a strong visual presence. Several storefronts offered relatively compact window spaces, making a uniform build unsuitable for the full rollout.

Campaign consistency, different construction ACIERTA reviewed the elements individually for each location, adjusting their dimensions and construction to the conditions of the storefront. The campaign retained its recognizable components while the physical specifications changed. That distinction matters in visual merchandising.

A concept can be consistent across markets even when its production drawings cannot. Here, the work sat between the creative idea and the practical realities of the stores receiving it.

The rollout offers a concrete example of localization at installation level: adapt the scale and build of the props, while preserving the visual presence that connects the windows across cities.
