For the position of Fashion Client Experience – Development Coordinator at Chanel (Hamburg, Germany), the job details are as follows:
For our head office in Hamburg, we are looking for a Fashion Client Experience & Development Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our Fashion Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent client experience within our Fashion Boutiques and developing measures to enhance customer loyalty. You will work closely with boutique teams and digital engagement partners to optimize service standards and implement brand programs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring an excellent client experience in our Fashion Boutiques with the help of service key performance indicators (KPIs) and various programs.
- Working closely with the Client Marketing Managers of the boutiques to develop optimization potential regarding customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Supporting the boutique teams in the planning and implementation of customer loyalty measures, such as invitations to events or personalized actions.
- Participating in the introduction and further development of digital solutions and service tools for everyday boutique life together with the Digital and Client Engagement team.
- Continuously establishing and promoting the Care & Repair program “CHANEL & moi” in our boutiques.
- Deriving targeted actions and concrete recommendations from complex data to improve boutique performance.
- Collaborating across locations to ensure consistent implementation of luxury service standards.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed university degree.
- Initial professional experience in a relevant field (marketing, retail, or luxury service).
- Strong interest in numbers, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to derive targeted actions and concrete recommendations from complex data.
- Enthusiasm for cross-location collaboration and working with diverse teams.
- Passion for fashion in the luxury segment and an interest in organizational processes.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to boutique locations.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
