About this role

This six-month internship within the Customer Engagement Ops team at Digital Europe in Paris places you at the heart of CRM campaign production across Europe for the Fragrance & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewellery and Fashion divisions. You will thrive in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams on a daily basis. You will work within structured processes for planning, QA and validation, pursuing operational excellence and attention to detail in every deliverable as you discover the world of CRM in the luxury industry at a European level.
