Loewe’s New Oakridge Park Boutique Puts Spanish Luxury on Vancouver’s Biggest Retail Stage
LOEWE has planted its flag in Vancouver, opening a new boutique at Oakridge Park and joining a heavyweight lineup of global luxury brands in what is fast becoming Western Canada’s most important fashion destination.
LOEWE at Oakridge Park
The new LOEWE boutique is located at 650 West 41st Avenue, Vancouver, within the newly opened Oakridge Park development. Opened in May 2026, the store carries women’s ready to wear, bags, small leather goods, shoes, hats, belts and eyewear, bringing a broad slice of the Spanish house’s universe to the city.
Boutique hours are Monday to Saturday 10am–9pm and Sunday 11am–7pm, aligning with Oakridge’s wider trading schedule.
Design, art and materiality
Inside, the Vancouver space follows LOEWE’s gallery like retail language, combining fashion, design and contemporary art. The boutique reflects the house’s distinctive approach to materiality and craftsmanship, with carefully selected surfaces and fixtures that echo the tactile richness of its leather…
goods. In line with concepts such as LOEWE Montaigne Casa in Paris, the brand presents artworks and objects in dialogue with ready to wear, bags and accessories, using curated pieces to illuminate the collection’s colours, textures and references.
This makes the store feel more like a living apartment or studio than a traditional mall unit, even within a larger mixed use development.
A new luxury hub for Vancouver Oakridge Park is being positioned as Canada’s largest redevelopment and Vancouver’s new luxury epicentre, with around 500,000 square feet of retail now open and more than 100 brands trading.
