TikTok Shop has partnered with Royal Mail to change how TikTok merchants dispatch their products. It seamlessly integrates Royal Mail's Click & Drop service with TikTok Shop accounts.

The Click & Drop service is Royal Mail's flagship shipping solution, designed to facilitate merchants in efficiently managing their shipments. With this new integration, TikTok Shop sellers can print postage labels directly from their accounts, streamline their order processing, and ensure their products promptly reach customers. The service is accessible to all existing TikTok Shop sellers who can activate the Click & Drop integration via the Service Market in the Seller Centre.

Merchants can now handle their TikTok Shop orders alongside other sales channels in one consolidated view, making the fulfillment process more efficient. Whether it's dispatching parcels through existing Royal Mail collections, using Parcel Collect, dropping off at parcel postboxes, or visiting Customer Service Points or Post Office® branches, the options are versatile and user-friendly.
