Two icons of British design have joined forces. Vivienne Westwood and Cole & Son have announced a new wallcovering collaboration that brings the fashion house’s celebrated print archives into the home, merging fashion, interior design, and living in a collection that is as bold as the woman who inspired it.

Eight Designs, 31 Colourways

The collection comprises eight designs across 31 colourways, designed, hand-painted, and printed entirely within Great Britain. The range spans hand rendered stripes, trompe l’oeil tartans, graphic leopard prints, and the iconic Vivienne Westwood squiggle, a motif that has appeared on everything from pirate shirts to bags since the brand’s early days. Cole & Son’s artists translated each design for the wall using traditional printing techniques including strié and moiré to achieve depth, texture, and movement.

Where Heritage Meets the Home

This is not the first time the two British houses have worked together, a previous Vivienne Westwood collection for Cole & Son dates back to 2009 and is now archived at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. The 2026 collaboration builds on that legacy, drawing directly from Westwood‘s rich creative history and celebrating the craftsmanship ethos the brand has long championed.

The collection was previewed during Paris Design Week in January 2026 at a curated installation on Rue Saint Honoré, and officially launched during Milan Design Week in April 2026. Prices for individual rolls start from £196.00, with select designs such as the Vivienne Love Andreas in Night Sky retailing at £367.50 per roll.

Craftsmanship as a Statement

At its core, the collection is a statement about quality and intentionality. Every detail, from the hand-painted process to the use of traditional British printing techniques, reflects a commitment to craft that both houses share. For Vivienne Westwood, a brand that has long pushed back against fast fashion and disposable consumption, making wallpaper feels like a natural extension of that philosophy: objects designed to outlast trends and transform spaces for the long term.

The collection is available now through Cole & Son and selected interior design retailers worldwide.
