H&M launched on Nordstrom Marketplace on April 28, 2026, marking the Swedish fast fashion brand’s first debut on a curated retail marketplace in the United States. The strategic partnership expands H&M’s digital footprint by integrating with Nordstrom’s premium e-commerce ecosystem.

Product Selection

The launch features a specially curated selection of H&M favorites for women, men, and kids, alongside the brand’s sport collection, H&M Move. Styles will continue to evolve with fresh new arrivals that keep shoppers inspired for seasons to come, with regular refreshes planned. The offering aligns with H&M’s broader omnichannel strategy, which focuses on expanding touchpoints across both owned and partner platforms.

Leadership Perspective

Kate Rogowski, Head of Customer Activation and Marketing for H&M Americas, said, “Our launch on Nordstrom Marketplace marks an important step in making H&M even more accessible to customers across the U.S. The platform provides a seamless new way for shoppers to discover and experience H&M where they already love to browse, complemented by Nordstrom’s best‑in‑class customer experience.”

Miguel Almeida, President of Digital and Customer Experience at Nordstrom, said, “We’re proud to welcome H&M to Nordstrom Marketplace, expanding our ability to serve more customers on more occasions… Customers shopping H&M on nordstrom.com will have access to all Nordstrom services, including loyalty benefits, customer care support, styling, alterations, and returns that are fast and easy.”

Strategic Context

The move allows H&M to penetrate the premium department store segment, gaining immediate access to a loyal, affluent demographic that prioritizes service driven retail. By integrating with Nordstrom’s ecosystem, H&M effectively bypasses the logistical hurdles of high end customer acquisition. Nearly a third of H&M Group’s sales are online, according to the company’s Q1 report.

Retail Footprint

Namesake H&M runs more than 3,600 stores in 81 markets and e commerce sites in 62 markets. The Nordstrom Marketplace partnership provides a new channel for fashion forward shoppers to explore H&M’s most popular styles, representing the brand’s first entry into a curated retail marketplace in the country.
