Loro Piana Turns Onboarding Into a Journey of Heritage And Care

Loro Piana joining the Maison is not just about starting a new role. It is framed as the beginning of a journey of discovery, carefully crafted to welcome, orient and inspire every new colleague who steps into the house’s world of quiet luxury. With the launch of Embrace, its new onboarding programme, the Italian Maison is formalising what it means to be part of a living heritage rooted in generations of mastery, intention and care.

Positioned as more than a traditional induction, Embrace invites new talents to “step into a living heritage” rather than simply learn a job description.

In line with Loro Piana’s emphasis on uncompromising quality and long-term relationships, the programme aims to build an immediate emotional and cultural connection to the Maison, its values and its people.

The house, founded in 1924 and renowned for its expertise in the finest cashmere and wool textiles, operates across a global network of boutiques and production sites, and sees its craftspeople and retail teams as guardians of this heritage.

At the heart of Embrace is a blend of immersive in person experiences and a dedicated digital platform. New hires are invited to visit Loro Piana stores and manufacturing sites, discovering first hand how fabrics are developed, garments are constructed and collections are brought to life on the shop floor…
