In New York City, the HORIZONS Retail Americas 2026 cohort came together for the start of a structured 24-month journey designed to turn early career talents into the retail leaders of tomorrow. Their onboarding marked the transition from candidate to insider, offering a first taste of the many facets of theLouis Vuitton universe they are about to call home.
The program kicked off with an exclusive store tour, giving participants an inside look at how a flagship operates in one of the world’s most competitive luxury markets. From client experience and visual merchandising to back of house operations, the visit framed the store as a living classroom. Hands on workshops followed, introducing key pillars of the HORIZONS Retail curriculum, including client development, retail operations, and leadership fundamentals that will be deepened across rotations in the months ahead.

joined by the 2025 cohort, who have already spent a year inside the program. Surrounded by peers at different stages of their journey, new participants were able to exchange stories, ask candid questions, and pick up lessons learned directly from those who have navigated their own rotations and transitions.
This peer to peer learning complements formal training, making the program feel like a shared adventure rather than an isolated path. “Meeting the new HORIZONS cohort in New York made this experience even more meaningful.
