MANGO Strengthens Its Global Fashion Presence Across More Than 120 Markets

MANGO continued its global expansion in the first half of 2026, opening 127 stores and refurbishing 37 locations worldwide. The fashion retailer ended June with more than 2,960 points of sale across over 120 markets, while international activity accounted for 77% of total revenue.

The figures highlight the importance of physical retail within MANGO’s 4E Strategic Plan. Under the Expand pillar, the company is using store openings and renovations to strengthen its presence in established markets while reaching new customers internationally.

International Growth Drives Results

MANGO reported first-half revenue of €1.852 billion, a 7.2% increase from the same period in 2025. At constant exchange rates, revenue grew 10.7%, reflecting the company’s ability to expand across a broad mix of international markets.

The international business generated 77% of MANGO’s total turnover during the six-month period. This shows how significantly the company has moved beyond its home market of Spain, developing a retail and digital presence across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

The global footprint provides MANGO with geographic diversification at a time when consumer demand and retail conditions can vary widely between regions. It also allows the business to build scale through a mix of company-owned stores, franchise locations, corners and online channels.

MANGO’s online business represented 32% of sales during the period, showing that its physical expansion is working alongside a substantial digital operation rather than replacing it.

Stores Remain Central to the Strategy

The 127 openings and 37 refurbishments reflect a major commitment to physical retail. By comparison, the company opened 78 stores and renovated 30 locations during the first half of 2025.

MANGO has continued to pursue larger, more experience-led locations in key commercial districts while updating existing stores to align with its Mediterranean design concept. The approach is designed to present its women’s, men’s, kids and home collections in a more cohesive environment.

Store openings are also closely linked to the company’s international development goals. In France, MANGO plans to invest €66 million to open 45 stores by 2028, including 15 expected to open in 2026. The company is also expanding through a partnership with COIN in Italy, which will add 22 new points of sale.

The retail network includes more than 1,800 company-owned and franchise stores, with the balance made up of corners and other points of sale. This mixed format allows MANGO to adapt its market approach while maintaining a broad international presence.

The Final Phase of 4E

MANGO launched its 4E Strategic Plan in 2024, built around four priorities: Elevate, Expand, Earn and Empower. The plan sets out the company’s ambition to strengthen its fashion proposition, grow its international reach, improve financial performance and advance its people and sustainability commitments.

The Expand pillar has been one of the most visible parts of the strategy. MANGO is investing in a broader store network while reinforcing its online platform and supply chain capabilities. The aim is to create a connected customer experience where physical stores and digital channels support each other.

The company invested €90 million in the first half of the year, supporting new stores, renovations, technology and logistics. This investment helps MANGO build the operating capacity needed to grow at pace across multiple markets.

For MANGO, the first half of 2026 shows that international retail remains a key engine of growth. With 77% of revenue now coming from outside Spain and more than 2,960 points of sale worldwide, the company is entering the final stretch of its 4E plan with a larger and more diversified global presence.
