Nordstrom, Inc. is expanding its off price footprint in Utah with plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack at Junction Commons in Park City in fall 2026, bringing its “great brands at great prices” formula to one of the state’s most high traffic resort communities. The move strengthens the retailer’s presence in the broader Salt Lake City market while tapping into a powerful mix of tourists, second home owners, and style driven locals.

The new Nordstrom Rack will open at Junction Commons, a 319,661 square foot open air shopping destination located in the Park City resort area, just off I‑80 at Kimball Junction. The center already houses brands such as Nike, Columbia, Ulta, and Shake Shack, positioning Nordstrom Rack alongside established traffic drivers and lifestyle anchors.
