Pandora Taps André Branch to Lead Its North America Growth Strategy

Pandora has appointed André Branch as President of its North America cluster, effective August 15, 2026. Based in New York, he will lead one of the jewellery company’s largest and most important growth markets as it looks to deepen customer relevance and broaden its appeal across the region.

The appointment brings a consumer, beauty and lifestyle executive with more than 25 years of experience into a key commercial role at Pandora. Branch joins the Danish jewellery company from R.E.M. Beauty, where he served as chief executive officer, after senior leadership roles at Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Diageo and Kraft Heinz.

A Leadership Move for North America Branch succeeds Luciano Rodembusch, who departed Pandora in February 2026. He will oversee the North America business from New York and lead the brand’s next phase of regional growth. The market is central to Pandora’s wider growth strategy.

The company has described North America as one of its largest and most significant growth opportunities, with its new president tasked with increasing customer relevance, extending the brand’s reach and strengthening commercial execution.
