Pierre Hermé Paris Opens Six New Locations to Build its South Korean Pastry Network

The French pâtisserie Maison is building a multi-format presence that brings its macarons, pastries, chocolates and signature flavour combinations to a wider South Korean audience.

The rollout spans luxury department stores, lifestyle malls and a cultural destination in Yeouido, reflecting the brand’s focus on both product discovery and full café experiences. The first café style flagship opened on August 7, 2026, at the Yeouido 63 Building in Seoul.

Located on the B1 floor, the Pierre Hermé Paris Café is the brand’s first location in South Korea where customers can sit down to enjoy desserts and drinks in a dedicated café setting.
