Rhyz Inc Acquires Beauty Device Brand BeautyBio

Rhyz Inc., a subsidiary of Nu Skin Enterprises Inc., has announced the acquisition of BeautyBio, a leading skincare and beauty device brand. This move is set to strengthen Rhyz’s existing ecosystem of consumer, technology, and manufacturing companies that are focused on innovation within the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle categories.

BeautyBio, founded by Jamie O’Banion in 2011, is renowned for its combination of effective, award-winning skincare products and patented beauty tools.

The brand offers pro-grade results from home, with products such as the GLOfacial Pore Cleansing Tool, GloPRO® At Home Microneedling Tool, and a range of performance skincare products. These offerings are formulated with clean, effective ingredients that have been clinically proven to deliver results.

President & CEO Statements Ryan Napierski, president and CEO of Nu Skin Enterprises, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, stating “BeautyBio’s commitment to beauty through innovation aligns with our vision for personalized, science-based skincare products and beauty device systems,” said Napierski.
