They are connected to a specially tailored database filled with gift suggestions from various retailers, ensuring that finding the ideal present is a seamless and enjoyable experience.

In the bustling atmosphere of Simon shopping centers, a team of “HolidAI helper elves” will be readily available to assist customers in their quest for the ideal holiday gifts. These assistants, equipped with digital tablets, will initiate engaging conversations with shoppers, guiding them through a personalized sequence of questions generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). This innovative approach aims to uncover the most fitting gift options for even those individuals on your list who are notoriously difficult to please.
The HolidAI Gift Finder, a cutting-edge tool, streamlines the shopping process by swiftly pinpointing the exact gift that meets the shopper’s needs. Moreover, it provides precise directions to the location of the item within the shopping center, ensuring a time-efficient and hassle-free experience.
When not actively assisting in gift selection, these helper elves contribute to the festive spirit of the holiday season with spontaneous performances of song and dance, adding a touch of joy and entertainment to the shopping environment.

The Simon HolidAI Gift Finder experience will be rolled out at Roosevelt Field® in Garden City, N.Y., and Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, Calif., on Nov. 24, and recur every Saturday and Sunday through Dec. 23. Activation hours will be 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. This follows the earlier expansion of Simon’s digital search platform, Simon Search, which now serves customers across 187 locations.
