However, this did not stop the criticism from spreading on other platforms like Twitter and TikTok. Amid the controversy, Kylie focused on her pregnancy, the birth of her second child in February 2022, and the promotion of her Kylie Baby line.

Documents obtained by The Sun revealed that Kylie’s legal team had “abandoned” the trademark for Kylie Swim, with the May 2021 trademark application labeled as “DEAD/APPLICATION/Refused/Dismissed or Invalidated.” The reality star has not promoted the brand via social media for some time, and the website has not added any new products recently.
