YOMG Brings Burgers Shakes and Frozen Yoghurt to Galleria in Morley

YOMG is preparing to open its first store in Western Australia at Galleria Shopping Centre in Morley, marking the Melbourne born burger, frozen yoghurt and shakes brand’s move into a new state. The location will form part of the major redevelopment of the Vicinity Centres-owned retail destination, which is scheduled to open in time for Christmas 2026.

The expansion brings YOMG to one of Perth’s established shopping hubs as Galleria introduces a new dining and entertainment offer. The store is being designed by Elvin Tan and built by Trust Projects, with the project bringing the YOMG brand’s colourful, energetic hospitality identity to the Western Australian market.

A First Store in Western Australia YOMG, short for “Yo My Goodness,” was established by a group of Melbourne-based founders who wanted to create a casual dining brand built around burgers, fries, wings, shakes and frozen yoghurt.

The business has built its footprint across Victoria and Queensland, with stores in locations including Glen Waverley, Mornington, Fountain Gate, Doncaster, Chermside, Carindale and Pacific Fair. The Galleria store will be YOMG’s first location in Western Australia.

The move represents an important step for the company as it takes its format beyond its existing east coast network and introduces the brand to customers in the Perth metropolitan area. For a restaurant brand, interstate growth requires more than simply opening a new location…
