Ramon Ros was born in Barcelona, Spain, and is an alumnus of the University of Barcelona and IESE Business School. He began his professional journey at Marks & Spencer in the UK, gaining experience on the retail floor and at the corporate level. Advancing through LVMH: Givenchy and Louis Vuitton
In 2013, Ros joined the LVMH Group, Europe’s leading luxury conglomerate, as Managing Director of Givenchy China, where he spent three years in Shanghai developing the brand’s presence and building a talented local team. Ros was promoted to Zone President for Louis Vuitton, Mainland China, in 2022, a period marked by record revenues and innovative omnichannel launches. His results positioned him as a key architect of LVMH’s luxury strategy across Asia.
