Bvlgari’s “Luxury Essentials” Immerses New Colleagues in The Evolving World of Luxury in Rome
Bvlgarihas launched a new edition of Luxury Essentials, its immersive training experience designed to guide colleagues from Italy through the final stage of their onboarding journey in Rome. Over two in person days, the programme offers a deeper look at what luxury means today through the lens of heritage, artsmanship and contemporary excellence.
Set in Rome, Luxury Essentials moves beyond role specific training to explore the wider universe of luxury. Participants spend two days in the Eternal City, taking part in lectures, workshops and shared conversations that connect the history of Bvlgari with the evolving expectations of modern clients. The goal is to help new colleagues understand not only what the Maison creates, but why it creates in a certain way.

Marchesi Antinori brought perspectives from hat making and wine. Each Maison shared its own story of savoir faire, culture and innovation, giving participants a broader view of how heritage brands continue to evolve while remaining true to their roots.
Through case studies and open dialogue, colleagues were able to compare these distinct visions of luxury and see where they converge. Topics ranged from how to preserve traditional techniques to how to innovate responsibly and speak to new generations of clients.
