Bvlgari Brings Its 300-Work Kaleidos Exhibition to Shanghai

The Shanghai edition is organized across three chapters: The Science of Colors, Color Symbolism and The Power of Light. Together, they position color as a technical discipline, a cultural language and a source of artistic expression rather than treating it solely as a recognizable product code.

A Brand Archive Reframed for China The first chapter explains how primary hues are combined through gemstone pairings, contrasts and unexpected harmonies. The second draws on the Chinese Five Elements philosophy to examine the meanings attached to color, while the third focuses on the way light transforms metals and gemstones.

Chinese artists Liang Manqi and Zhang Ding are also represented, expanding the exhibition beyond a conventional jewelry retrospective. That curatorial structure matters commercially.
