Moncler Opens Its Largest Global Flagship on New York’s Fifth Avenue

Moncler has opened its largest flagship worldwide at 767 Fifth Avenue in New York, bringing its collections together in a 23,680-square-foot store inside the General Motors Building. Announced on September 10, the two-level location gives the brand a new physical destination close to Central Park.

The opening follows RETAILBOSS’s coverage of Moncler’s New York exhibition plans. This chapter centers on the store itself: its assortment, architecture and services. A Flagship Built Around the Full Brand According to Moncler, the store houses Moncler Collection, Moncler Grenoble, Moncler Genius and footwear.

Fifth Avenue-specific collections and experiences accompany the assortment, giving the location a distinct offer within the retail network. Longtime design partners Gilles & Boissier developed the space. Natural stone, textured glass and sculptural features connect Moncler’s mountain origins with its urban setting.

The company also plans year-round programming involving creative voices and communities. Connecting the Boutique With Online Shopping Moncler’s official store listing identifies a range of services, including in-store pickup, online-purchase returns and exchanges, appointment booking and item reservation.
