Bed Bath & Beyond Returns to Canada Online With Stores Planned for 2027

Bed Bath & Beyond has returned to Canada through a new e-commerce site, relaunching the home retailer online before a planned return to physical stores in late 2027. The company says its Canadian business is now Canadian owned and led, with an assortment built for the local market.

An online-first assortment The new Bed Bath & Beyond Canada site opened on September 29 with approximately 6,000 products from more than 80 brands, according to the company. Its eight merchandise categories span bed, bath, kitchen, dining, décor, organization, baby and seasonal products.

Bedding and bath carry greater depth, keeping the retailer’s best-known categories central to the relaunch. The assortment mixes global labels and Canadian brands across a range of styles and price points.

The company describes the approach as curated for the Canadian market, giving online shoppers a defined selection while the physical-store program remains in development.

A familiar name, a new Canadian operation Carol Deacon, president of Bed Bath & Beyond Canada, framed the launch as a forward-looking use of the retailer’s existing recognition. “This homecoming isn’t about looking backward.
