Aesop has opened a new Ibiza store that draws directly from the island’s traditional finca architecture, using locally quarried limestone, exposed structural elements and domestic style furnishings to create a space that feels embedded in Ibiza’s landscape and everyday life.

Finca-inspired form in an insular context

The Aesop Ibiza store “takes inspiration from the traditional Ibizan finca form to conceive a store embedded within its insular context,” referencing the rural farmhouse typology that has long shaped the island’s vernacular architecture.
