Affirm has partnered with Stitch Fix, the popular online personal styling service, to offer shoppers the ability to split payments for their curated clothing boxes into manageable monthly installments. Starting this week, Stitch Fix clients can skip the sticker shock and pay over time for outfits handpicked by stylists—without late fees or hidden charges.

How Sitich Fix Works For the uninitiated, Stitch Fix is like having a personal shopper in your pocket. Here’s the gist: Take a Style Quiz: Share your preferences, sizes, and budget. Get a Custom Box: A stylist curates 5-10 clothing and accessory items tailored to your taste.

Keep What You Love: Only pay for the pieces you decide to hold onto. Now, with Affirm, that final step just got easier. Why This Partnership Matters Stitch Fix, known for its “try before you buy” model, has faced a slump in active clients (down 18.6% this year).

By integrating Affirm’s payment plans, the company aims to reignite growth by addressing two pain points: Shoppers can spread payments over months, making pricier items (like a $200 blazer) feel less daunting. Affirm’s no-fee model contrasts sharply with credit card interest traps.

“Fashion sales through Affirm jumped 20% last year,” said Pat Suh, Affirm’s SVP of Revenue. “Shoppers want smarter ways to invest in their style—without regrets.” How It Works At checkout, Stitch Fix users can now: Select Affirm as their payment option.
