Amouage Brings Oman’s Canyon Light to Beverly Hills with “The Wadi” Flagship on North Beverly Drive
Amouage has opened “The Wadi”, a new flagship boutique in Beverly Hills, translating the dramatic canyon landscapes of Oman into an immersive olfactory destination at 311 North Beverly Drive. Conceived by Chief Creative Officer Renaud Salmon in collaboration with Paris based retail studio Héroïne, the space brings a fragment of the Sultanate’s light, stone and silence to Los Angeles, inviting visitors into a different pace of luxury.
A canyon from Muscat to Beverly Hills
“The Wadi” takes its name and concept from wadis steep, stone carved canyons formed over millennia by water, which in Oman are known as places of passage, refuge and transformation. Reimagined in Beverly Hills, this geography becomes the framework for a new kind of fragrance journey, guiding guests from the city’s storefront bustle into a carved, intimate interior world.

and Asia, the 1,033 square foot boutique is described by the brand as “pure olfactory luxury” in the heart of one of the world’s most recognisable shopping districts.
Inside “The Wadi”: light, stone and a luminous core According to Héroïne, the spatial narrative begins in an environment inspired by Wadi Shab Gorge, with softly eroded forms, layered stone tones and a play of light that suggests the sun filtering through canyon walls.
Visitors move through this carved passage to discover a monumental luminous sphere at the heart of the store, serving as both focal point and metaphorical “sun” around which the fragrance universe orbits.
Materials and lighting are chosen to echo the mineral warmth and cool shadows of Oman’s landscapes, contrasting the polished retail context of Beverly Hills with something quieter and almost sacred…
