Arc’teryx Expands Montréal Store With Repair and Resale Services

Arc’teryx has relocated its Sainte-Catherine Street store into a 9,599-square-foot, three-level Alpha Store in Montréal, making its largest investment in the city’s retail presence to date.

Arc’teryx Expands Montréal Store With Repair and Resale Services

Arc’teryx has relocated its Sainte-Catherine Street store into a 9,599-square-foot, three-level Alpha Store in Montréal, making its largest investment in the city’s retail presence to date.

The store opened August 28 at 1133 Saint-Catherine Street West; the company announced the details September 14. It expands an existing location rather than adding an entirely new city to the network. Courtesy of Arc’teryx. The ReBIRD Service Centre accounts for the largest investment within the store. It includes a dedicated repair-operator space, full repair services and an area selling refurbished Arc’teryx products.

Dominique Showers, vice president of ReBIRD, said, “Making these services more accessible to our guests is incredibly important to us.” Dedicated Veilance space and a community area sit alongside the expanded product-care facilities.

The development brings repair, resale and conventional merchandise together within one physical location, making after-sale service a substantial component of this retail investment.
