Belle Brands Acquires Vegamour, Adding Hair Wellness to Its Portfolio

Belle Brands has acquired Vegamour, adding the haircare business to a portfolio that includes JVN Hair, Pipette, KVD Beauty and Versed. The Windsong Global-backed platform announced the deal on September 9 without disclosing financial terms.

Vegamour products. Image supplied by Belle Brands with its September 2026 acquisition announcement. The acquisition brings Vegamour’s Sephora relationship into a group built around shared operations, retail expertise and e-commerce capabilities. Belle Brands is led by global president Teresa Lo.

“Belle Brands provides what a single business is often challenged to deliver alone,” said William Sweedler, chairman of Belle Brands and CEO and managing partner of Windsong.

Sweedler said the platform has lowered operating expenses across its portfolio, allowing greater investment in product development, retail partnerships and consumer marketing. The buyer intends to maintain Vegamour’s distinct identity while investing in the brand and its relationship with Sephora.

No integration timetable or management changes were announced.
